Mat Classes
Classic 34
Classic Order, Classic Style, Classic Mat. This hour and a half long Advanced Pilates Mat Class features the original 34 Pilates Mat exercises as performed by Joseph Pilates himself.
Price: $15/Class or 5 Classes for $65
Pilates Mat
Mat class for the masses! This hour long Pilates Mat class will tone, shape, lengthen and strengthen your entire body. Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced students all welcome. This class will incorporate both beginning level modifications and advanced variations to ensure all participants get the best workout possible.
Price: $10/Class or 5 Classes for $40
Pilates Apparatus Classes
We offer private and semi-private sessions on the Pilates Apparatus to include, the Reformer, Trapeze Table, Pilates Chair, Exo Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, and other small apparatus. Each participant will be required to have one private initial consultation to enable the trainer to assess their movement patterns, gait and postural analysis. Our goal is to ensure that you, the participant, gains knowledge about your current habitual movement patterns and personal imbalances so that this knowledge can be used outside of the Pilates studio in your daily life.

Therapeutic Pilates Session
This private session is designed for individuals with specific post-rehab needs. We specialize in pre and post natal, osteoporosis, scoliosis and spinal column injuries. As well as, sport specific training.
Price: $85 or 10 sessions for $750
HOME MAT WORK EXERCISE PLAN
This package is designed for those who prefer to work from home. The participant will go away with a Pilates workout designed specifically for them.
