This pretraining workshop is the required workshop that prepares you to attend the level one foundation course for the pulley tower. This movement based workshop introduces you to the key exercises and principles that will be covered in depth during the foundation course.

This class completely fulfills the maximum Pre-Training requirements of Level 1 exercises on the machines as well as 2, hour and a half GYROKINESIS® prior to enrollment into Level 1.

Adrianna Thompson presents the most current Foundation curriculum and preliminaries as taught by Juliu Horvath. This teacher training expands upon the exercises, breathwork, and movements explored in the pretraining. Upon completion of this course, participants receive apprentice certificate and license enabling them to begin teaching the work.

Prior to the start date, candidates must have completed the Pre-Training with a certified Gyrotonic Pre-Trainer and must bring in their Pre-Training Qualification sheet in order to gain entry into this course. 50% deposit is required at time of registration.
